Products Description
Ferro Tungsten is prepared from wolframite by carbon reduction in an electric furnace. It is mainly used as alloying element additive for tungsten containing alloy steel (such as high-speed steel). There are three kinds of ferrotungsten produced in China, including w701, W702 and w65, with a tungsten content of about 65 ~ 70%. Due to the high melting point, it cannot flow out of the liquid, so it is produced by caking method or iron extraction method.
Tungsten content: 70%-80%
Appearance: Silver grey metal
Material: Mn, Si, C, S, Cu,P
Size: 10 ~ 130mm
Packing: 100kg, 250kg each steel drum or 1MT big bag
