Product description

Submicron or ultrafine tungsten carbide powder with grain size < 1µm.

Used as material for semi finished POT and plunger;  Used as material for tungsten carbide rods, tungsten carbide bars and other tungsten carbide products.

1. Tungsten Carbide powder (WC) is the main raw material for producing cemented carbide, and then it can be processed into carbide cutting tools, compared to high speed steel tools, carbide tools can also withstand higher temperatures.

2. Nano Tungsten Carbide powder not only has high hardness, but also have wear resistance, corrosion resistance, temperature, etc.

3. The melting point is 2850°C±50°C, boiling point is 6000°C and also insoluble in water, strong acid resistance, high hardness and elastic modules.

Application

1. Nano Tungsten Carbide powder is available in a wide range of composite materials, it can improves their performace. Generally we add cobalt as WC-Co, it it the main raw materials and wear-resisting plating, such as, cutting tools, hard alloys.

2. Hard-face abrasion resistant spraying

Storage:

tungsten carbide wc powder should be stored in dry, cool and sealing of the environment, please don’t be exposure to air, besides should avoid the heavy pressure, according to ordinary goods transportation.
